The new video and single from girlhouse is taken from her well-received second EP, aptly titled the second ep. ‘boundary issues’ is an anthemic track that prides itself on big textures and even bigger melodies that you just can’t help but keep singing. The music video that comes with the track, directed alongside Jon Lee, tells a story of embracing your true self and breaking free. Speaking about Lee, girlhouse says: “He really wanted to get to know me and what my life was like and try to make something that represented the feeling of letting go of holding back.” Let’s hope for a ‘third ep’ soon. -Dan Peeke
